CLP Gold provides a comprehensive curriculum that explores understanding leadership from multiple angles, alongside modules dedicated to deepening faith, comprehending our world, and building essential competencies. Participants also delve into the dynamics of leading change and engage in book reviews to foster critical thinking.

Beyond the structured curriculum, the program integrates practical and interactive experiences. This includes a peer-to-peer mentorship “Buddy System”, mentorship, opportunities for podcasting and blogging, insights from a diverse guest speaker series, and participation in a dedicated Leadership In Africa Forum. The experience is further enriched by two immersive camps. At the end of the training, fellows are required to undertake Social Impact Projects.
