The Central Leadership Program (CLP) organizes its fellowships, projects, and Christ-Centered initiatives around its distinct curriculum blocks, each block designed to foster leadership development across various age groups and professional stages. CLP is based on the notion that young people have the capacity to become leaders in their chosen field of endeavor if given the exposure to concepts of leadership and the opportunity to demonstrate their skills through positive social action.

I was that young girl who will never speak up during discussion nor take any initiative by myself without looking at all the reasons to back my failure in that project . However CLP has influenced me to be courageous and use whatever God has blessed me with to create an impact.

Since joining the Central Leadership Program (CLP), my life has been transformed through Christ-centered leadership training. I've grown spiritually, mentally, and emotionally, gaining clarity in purpose and boldness in service. CLP has equipped me with the values, vision, and voice to lead with integrity across Ghana, Africa, and beyond.

My CLP experience pushed me beyond my comfort zone and drew me closer to God. I have been challenged to do hard things with bold courage. I have interacted with great minds, which has broadened my horizon. Now, I am inspired to be a Christ-centered African leader, ready to impact lives purposefully.

The Central Leadership Program (CLP) has been revolutionary, offering me new perspectives on myself and the world. I feel poised to make an impact, as CLP stands at the epicenter of the transformative shockwave spreading across Africa. It truly is a paradigm-shattering experience.
