The CLP Crystal program, a tailored version of the Central Leadership Program, is specifically crafted for teenagers aged 13 to 17. We believe it’s crucial to nurture leadership potential early to build strong character and vital capabilities for the future.

CLP Crystal’s curriculum guides participants through deepening their faith, fostering a profound understanding of themselves, and developing the skills to lead others effectively.  

A key component of CLP Crystal is the completion of a social impact project. These projects are undertaken with the valuable mentorship of past CLP Gold fellows, whom we proudly refer to as “Beacons of Excellence.”
